Packaging & Handling:

• Every lithophane is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely.
• Despite careful packaging, handle the product with care upon delivery to avoid damage.

Tracking Orders:

• Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the delivery status.

Lost or Damaged Shipments:

• Inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
• Any damage during transit must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with supporting photos.
• For lost or damaged packages, we will assist in claims with the shipping carrier.
