We take pride in our handcrafted and custom products. Please read the guidelines carefully to understand how returns and warranties are handled.
A) Partial COD Policy
In case of Partial COD, the advance amount is non-refundable if the delivery is not accepted.
If the product is accepted and has any issues, the applicable Refund/Return guidelines for that product will be followed.
1. Lithophane Lamps
Custom lithophanes are made to order, so returns are generally not accepted.
Returns are only accepted in the following cases:
- Quality issues with the lithophane itself (e.g., defects, damage) โ must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
- Electronics issues โ covered under 1-year warranty as per the product page.
Important points for lithophane returns:
- Returns are processed only after we receive and verify the product.
- Refund or replacement is decided mutually after verification.
- Return payment is processed only once the product is received and verified.
- Order number and product unboxing evidence (photos/videos) are required to confirm the legitimacy of the return.
- Return shipping cost is payable by the customer.
- Minor blemishes, layer lines, or surface variations are normal due to 3D printing and are not considered defects.
Electronics warranty service may include repair or replacement as agreed.
Not covered:
- Normal wear and tear
- Scratches or damages from mishandling
- Sharp object damage
How to request a lithophane return/warranty:
- Email: support@aivanha.com with subject:
"Return/Warranty Request โ [Your Order Number]"- Include in your email:
- Order number
- Photos/videos of the product and packaging
- Description of the issue
- Ship the product back once your return is approved.
2. LotusGlow Lamps
Each LotusGlow lamp is carefully handcrafted and 3D printed, making every piece slightly unique. Minor surface marks, layer lines, or texture variations are not considered defects.
Returns are only accepted under the following conditions:
- Return request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
- Eligible only if the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- The item must be unused, in original packaging, with all components intact.
- Once verified, a replacement or refund will be issued as per availability.
- After 24 hours of delivery, no return or replacement requests will be accepted.

3. Common Guidelines for All Products
- Returns or warranty requests must be supported with photos/videos of the product and packaging.
- Return shipping cost is generally the responsibility of the customer.
- Products must not be damaged intentionally; mishandling voids eligibility.
